Mission Statement:

Through evidence-based psychological treatment, faith-sensitive care, and compassionate support, Restored from Shame helps individuals confront and resolve the underlying shame connected to their trauma, abuse, and moral injury. Our goal is to guide each person toward freedom, emotional healing, a renewed identity, and a restored relationship with themselves, others (where appropriate), and God.

Restored from Shame also serves as the center for education and professional training in the Jones Trauma Model (JTM), an evidence-based integrative trauma treatment model developed by Dr. Grant Jones. Through workshops, seminars, consultation, and certification opportunities, we equip mental health professionals, ministry leaders, and caregivers with practical tools to effectively treat trauma, toxic shame, and spiritual wounds.

The purpose of Restored from Shame is to transform lives by replacing toxic shame with a new beloved identity, trauma with transformational healing, and brokenness with restoration. No person is defined by their wounds, and every individual can experience lasting freedom and wholeness through the JTM.
